Gulf Civilization (“GCC”) was established in 1987 when Kuwait called for qualified, passionate, and knowledgeable entrepreneurs to contribute skills, aptitude, and resourcefulness to the speedy development of the nation.
GCC supports the U.S.-led Coalition Forces and contractors’ missions by providing manpower, services, and meeting critical procurement needs. Over the last two decades, GCC has strived to provide best value (low-cost, high-quality) services to the U.S. Government and its contractors, and has maintained Excellent past performance ratings on all of its projects. GCC is managed by Americans, with an emphasis on ethics, fairness, and responsibility.
Due to the various long-term contracts that GCC is presently performing in Kuwait for the U.S. military, it maintains a strong presence at all of the military installations in Kuwait. GCC flawlessly operates large-scale labor provision and cleaning and maintenance service contracts for the U.S. Government and its Prime Contractors in Kuwait, with two decades of experience. GCC also perform a variety of commercial projects.
Gulf Civilization currently provides janitorial and cleaning services at the ASG camps in Kuwait: Camps Arifjan, Buehring, KNB, Patton, Ali Al Salem, APOD, SPOD, and Udairi. The cleaning services cover everything from grounds-keeping to the cleaning of specialized equipment, and comprise a large operation that overall employs hundreds of personnel and keeps the camps and their facilities in top shape. Janitorial services for various hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, and hospitals are also provided. Maintenance and facility support services we provide employ a variety of skill sets, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, material handling, and U.S. Government excess property management, including demilitarization. These skill sets have allowed us to engage in other projects for the military and its prime contractors, such as the manpower-related provision of handymen at the northern camps; transportation and the operation of material handling equipment of all sizes, from forklifts to RTCHes, cranes, and shredders; the supervision, manning, and operation of large carpentry shops; and the design, construction, and maintenance of fully-equipped and Army-Corps-of-Engineers-approved relocatable buildings.
Our projects are managed by a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Contracting DAWIA/APDP Level II Contracts Manager (Ex-Contracting Officer) who are also U.S. military veterans: U.S. Marines and U.S. Air Force, respectively, with over 20 years of experience in their respective fields.
